Beijing Subway is the urban rail transit system of Beijing, People's Republic of China. Planned in 1953, construction began in 1965, and operation started in 1969. It is China's first subway system.
In the renovation project of Beijing Subway Lines 1 & 2, the main focus was on upgrading the AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) ticketing system, covering: ticket halls, fare compensation halls, AFC machine rooms, and ticket offices. All these areas adopted the RALID network-type access control system.
